Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you are in need of rush service, please select the rush shipping option and we will prioritize your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days of processing. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping provider. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 of receipt with a description and photo of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
